Deliveries We accept orders from all over the world. AnyTamil is a reseller of Tamil media materials. We source Tamil materials from a number of leading video producers (Pyramid AV, Columbia Film, EVP, Ayngaran International, Raj video vision and others) and book publishers (Bharathi Pathippagam, Vaanathy Pathippagam and others.) Allow five to seven days for normal delivery times. Shipment would be effected from USA (NEW JERSY, CALIFORNIA, NEW YORK and TEXAS), MALAYSIA and INDIA depending on the product orders by our associates direct to customer's shipping address. You may receive multiple shipments. Do not be shocked if the first shipment does not contain all the items. Rest assured that you will receive all the items. The credit card will be charged after the product is shipped. If there are multiple shipments, there will be multiple charges, each charge being equal to the value of the shipment. All sales are conditional, based on stock availability. If a particular item cannot be obtained from the suppliers, the customer will be notified by email and the credit card will not be charged. Returns Products are warrantied for two months from the date of purchase. For returning products, send an email to sales@anytamil.com. An email approval for return will be sent for qualified returns within two days. Then, please send the defective item back to one of the above addresses. The cost of mailing the returns is the responsibility of the buyer. We will send you a replacement CD/DVD of the same title. Only if we are not able to get a non-defecive CD/DVD of the ordered title, would we give you an alternate replacement title. Guarantees We guarantee that you will be able to play the movie or song and hopefully, enjoy. Returns are permitted only if you can not play the movie or song. You can not return a product after playing it citing any of the following reasons - you did not like the movie, the movie was not good, the movie did not have your favorite star, you think that a couple of scenes in the movie are missing or the picture/sound quality is not perfect, you think that the DVD is not in its original packing, you think the DVD has scratches and may not play well after some time. Occasionally DVDs/VCDs do have manufacturing defects; the product is returnable only if the total duration of the defects is more than five minutes for the entire movie. If, for any reason, we accept a return after you play the DVD/VCD/CD, we will still charge you a minimum of $5 as a rental charge for having seen the movie/songs. Payments Currently, only internationally accepted credit cards are valid at this site. Check payment is accepted only on orders worth more than $100.
